6 (a) Hitler built up his armed forces before 1936 by ignoring the Treaty of Versailles and undertaking many projects that were against it. The Treaty of Versailles limited Germanys legions size and armament capabilities, however, Hitler began increasing his array size from 1933 followed by introducing his bracing air force. In 1935, he then introduced gulp and, through the Anglo-German Naval Treaty, he could then build a fleet one-third the size of Britains and have the resembling number of submarines. (b) The remilitarisation of the Rhineland was a major risk for Hitler, as he wasnt yet prepared for it. Hitler also wasnt mindful of how Britain and France would react and feared their involvement.
